As our initiative to recycle our cooking oil and having it picked up by Rothsay and converted into Biodiesel which is a non-toxic biodegradeable fuel producing 60 - 100% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than petroluem.
We are currently composting our food waste generated in our Cafeterias and have that picked up by a local Environmental company and also converted into a reuseable product.

We have implemented a recycled paper plate and have eliminated foam plates in the Cafeteria. Foam Take-Out containers will soon be eliminated also.
We are trying to move away from individual packaged condiments to bulk products to reduce packaging waste.
We have implemented wooden stir sticks to replace plastic. Our Utensils are a compostable corn by-product, not plastic.
We are also offering Fair Trade certified Organic Coffee.
