Unit Manager Doon Campus- Main Cafe As a graduate with destinction of Conestoga College from the Dietetic Technician course in 2009, Karen was accepted into the Manager Trainee program at Compass Group Canada, working at the Conestoga College Doon Campus, Main Unit in August 2010. With hard work and dedication to Healthy food options, restricted, sensitive and allergic dietary requirements and variety, Karen was promoted to Food Service Manager in September 2011. She has an extensive background in Long Term Care and retail environments. She is also a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Managers. |
