Allison has recently joined our team. She has her diploma in Hotel and Resort Operations from Georgian College and an extensive food background. She was recently a Food & Beverage Manager with Marriott, an operations representative with Tim Hortons, Kitchen Manager etc, Her extensive food experience is greatly appreciated! Allison can be found in our operations office in room D1012.

Kyle is the Chef at Fanshawe College. He received his diploma in Culinary Management from George Brown College. His previous experience includes various restaurant and catering companies in Toronto, Montreal, Mont Tremblant and Texas. Drop into B cafeteria for a taste of his culinary flair!
He is the 2009 chili cook-off winner for United Way!

Renee is the Manager for Southwest Cafe and Tim Hortons. Southwest features the new Breakfast Around the Clock and Big Pita. Come on down to see her and bring your appetite!

Sara worked in Kitchener for 5 years as a cook in a retirement home before making the leap to Subway, where for an additional 5 years she has brought the term “Sandwich Artist” to a new level. Sara is also in a way coming home, as she studied Food and Beverage Management courses here at Fanshawe. Welcome Sara!
