I have been employed by Chartwells since September 1993. During this time I have supervised at several Chartwells’ school and business cafeterias and worked in the payroll and accounting departments in the Dartmouth Regional Office.
I joined the KES community in October 2005 as the Food Services Director. One of the things I love most about my job is getting to meet so many people and being able to work with such a great team.
I am proud of our team at KES, we are customer focused and have exceptional talent. A truly dedicated group that is here to serve you.
I graduated From the culinary program at NSIT in Halifax and am a Red Seal Chef. I have been in the food service industry for over 30 years and have worked with Chartwells for ten years. I am presently the Chef Manager at King's-Edgehill School.
I am involved with all aspects of the daily food production whether it is in Stanfield Dining Hall or for catered events. The culinary team here at KES strive to produce the best quality food for our customers and source as many local products as we can for our menus.
