Feeding their Appetite for Success
Let Chartwells help you!
Together, Memorial University of Newfoundland and Chartwells Food Service is committed to providing students with a high quality campus dining experience. Memorial and Chartwells seek to provide a dining program that is culturally sensitive, meets each student’s unique dietary needs and creates opportunities to build a positive campus community. This experience is marked by providing nutrition, variety, value and allowing students to have a voice in the food service on their campus.
Nutrition and health promotion are paramount to the dining program delivered by Chartwells, designed by dietitians.
A flexible menu provides students with continually varied selection while considering cultural sensitivities and unique dining needs.
We invite students to sit down, relax and enjoy their meal, as Chartwells takes care of the details.
Consistent with the spirit of the Let’s Talk feedback program, Chartwells will continue to use student feedback to guide the development of the dining program at Memorial.
Fuelled and inspired by the principles of the Eat-Learn-Live philosophy, Chartwells seeks to not only nourish the body through creative food concepts, but to stimulate the mind and enhance the quality of life for students participating in the food service community. Eat-Learn-Live is the foundation for establishing a healthier, wiser and longer life.
Chartwells offers several meal plan options, depending on your student’s needs.
Residence students are automatically enrolled in the board plan through Memorial's
Housing, Food and Conference Services department.
