As a residence student living in Paton College you have been provided with room, board and a meal plan. While living in Paton College, the Main Dining Hall (R. Gushue Hall) will become part of your daily ritual of food, class, food, study, food, sleep and save some time for play!

As a resident of Burton’s Pond Apartments you have options for meal plans at Memorial. Choose one of two easy meal plans offered by Chartwells. Burton’s Pond residence students are offered the same meal plan as Paton College students or opt for one of our Commuter Meal Plans. Both of these plans allow Burton’s Pond students to munch on our all you can eat program at the Main Dining Hall.

Comfort foods, from fish and chips, to your favourite pizza and gourmet selections like Herb Crusted Cod and Beef Bourguignon, are all yours for the taking. And don’t forget about our limitless beverages along with the delicious ice cream bar and dessert choices.

If you have cultural or food sensitivities, no worries! Chartwells provides menu options for everyone. Please take a moment and talk to one of our knowledgeable staff and we will be happy to assist you in choosing the right meal for your needs.

Is your class across the road or on the other side of campus? No need to rush back to the Main Dining Hall because we already offer meal options in four other buildings on campus (soon to be five!). These retail locations are cafes operated for everyone at Memorial. Coffee, tea, baked goods and full meals are available for the taking. Did you know you can use your meal card at the NEW Jumping Bean Cafe located in the QEII Library? The Jumping Bean Cafe as a wide variety of baked goods, On-the-Go food choices and premium Jumping Bean coffee and specialty drinks. The Jumping Bean Cafe is open seven days a week.
