Introducing Our Tower Garden® Located Right in myPantry and the Diamond Alumni Centre... now that’s what we call LOCAL!  We are very excited to be growing mint, basil, oregano, parsley and cilantro in our state-of-the-art vertical, aeroponic, growing system.  Smarter for the environment, the Tower Garden® continuously recycles the nutrients and water through the tower, showering the roots, using less than 10% of both the water and the land that is commonly used in conventional gardening or farming.   The vertical design also reduces the space required, an important model for the future of our planet!



Did you know that Simon Fraser University was the first University awarded the designation of "OCEAN WISE".  This designation is a North America wide endeavor by the international aquariums.  It is earned by changing and adapting to the needs of fish species and by the way in which those fish are caught.
