I have lived by this motto and carried it throughout my career, whether it was hotel management, overseeing retail operations, or food service management. I believe that by giving the customer the best, it allows for an overall great experience for everyone involved.
Our new Executive Chef , over 20 years of culinary experience as an Executive from France , Fredric has helped his restaurant win numerous awards of excellence, as well as maintain the title as the best restaurant wine cellar in the world. Throughout his culinary career, Fredrick has worked with many chefs throughout the southern region of France learning new culinary skills. He is excited to be working with us at Sheridan, to show the students and staff that fresh and healthy food can be accessible for everyone.
Julia Kuziw is the Marketing Manager and a graduate from Sheridan's Bachelor of Photography program. Being a graduate from Sheridan, she is very familiar with the needs of the students on campus. Julia uses her background in photography and design to create unique storytelling strategies. Her major contributions include increasing engagement though various digital communication platforms and designing creative materials for new food concepts at Sheridan.
Shahid Shaikh is the Food Service Director at Oakville. He graduated from Sheridan College with an Advanced Diploma in Business Finance. While studying at Sheridan, he started his career with Compass Group. He implemented his business finance skills and managed to grow in his career from a front-line associate at Tim Horton's to a Food Service Director.
Food Service Manager at Davis Campus, Feras has more than 10 years of experience in retail and hospitality, Feras completed a four weeks training at Tim Horton's University he is a Certified Tim Horton's Manager.
Mary has worked in the food service industry for more than 7 years. In her previous career, she managed Sushi restaurant operations. She is very familiar with the Japanese cusine. She has training from Tim's University and very familiar with the Tim Horton's and Starbucks brand.
