Students living in dorm-style accommodations at La Résidence, Kīšik Towers, Paskwāw Tower (formerly North Residence) and Wakpá Tower (formerly South Residence) are required to choose at a minimum, the Lighter Side Dining Plan for use during the Fall/Winter semesters. This type of accommodation does not have any cooking facilities.
Students living in two-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette (no stove) in Kīšik Towers or in a studio apartment in Paskwāw and Wakpá Towers are required to purchase the "Partial" Dining Plan for the Fall/Winter semesters.
For more information about these accommodations, please visit the U of R Residence page.
The residential dining plans are based on a declining cash balance system, similar to a debit card, except the balance is carried on your card. Your plan can be used toward food purchases at all Chartwells locations at the University of Regina.
Head to any of our Chartwells locations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or just to hang out with friends. With so much variety you won’t go hungry!

Residential dining plans can now be purchased online here.
Dining plans are not fully refundable and can only be cancelled if you elect to withdraw from residence. If you withdraw from residence, your refund will be pro-rated based on the date you move out or cancel your plan (whichever is later). All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
Cards should be treated like a credit or debit card. Report your lost or stolen card at the Food Services Office, Rm 148, College West Bldg or by telephone (306) 585-4660 as soon as possible so the card can be deactivated and a new card issued.
