Pierre joins our UNBSJ team as the Director of Food Services. He brings with him a wealth of experience from literally Coast to Coast in Canada. He has spent time in the Caribbean Islands and South America, and has worked in every environment from luxury private villas and high-end restaurants to hotels, gaming facilities, sports arenas and gold mining! He mastered his knowledge of fresh seafood working with some of the top rated chefs and kitchen teams in the world, including World-renowned Executive Chef Marc Miron, former Iron Chef participant Michael Noble and Culinary Olympics Grand Gold winner Chef Peter Bucher and Chef Michael Nowik. Pierre is rated among the highest percentile in the Apprentice Culinary Program and has the highest-ranking grade of all apprentices from the Renaissance Hotel in their history. He brings all of this knowledge and experience into his new role with UNBSJ, an exciting next chapter for a very talented chef.
